Pixel knows what it means to love someone unconditionally.
He was found abandoned outside the building where he used to live, faithfully waiting at the entrance for the person who was never coming back. Day after day, he refused to leave the only home he had ever known, hoping his family would return. When our rescue team learned about him, we knew we couldn’t leave such a devoted soul behind.
Today, Pixel is safe in foster care in Athens, Greece, and ready to begin a new chapter.
With his sleek black coat and tiny white patch under his neck, Pixel is as handsome as he is unforgettable. But what truly makes him special isn’t his impressive size, it’s his enormous heart.
Pixel is one of those rare cats who genuinely craves human affection. More than treats or toys, what he wants most is to be close to his person. He adores cuddles, happily melts into your arms, and is never happier than when he’s receiving love and attention.
He forms deep bonds with the people he trusts and thrives on companionship. His ideal home is one where he can be someone’s loyal best friend and enjoy plenty of one-on-one time. Because he loves having his human all to himself, he would be happiest in a home without many other cats.
Pixel also has a wonderfully quirky personality. He is funny, expressive, and full of little habits that will make you smile every single day. Living with him means sharing your home with a cat who is equal parts gentle giant, comedian, and devoted companion.
Healthy, neutered, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV, Pixel is now looking for the forever home he has been waiting for, a family who will never leave him behind again.

The adoption fee includes and is exclusively used for the cat’s expenses, such as:

Adoption fees are as follows:
• Young/adult cat: 280€
• Senior (8+ years): 200€
• Unsterilised kitten: 230€
• Pair of young/adult cats: 480€
• Pair of seniors: 320€
• Pair of unsterilised kittens: 400€
Fairy Tails is a non-profit organization based in Greece. We are a passionate group of volunteers who cannot stand by while animals suffer on the streets. We believe every living being deserves love, dignity, and a chance for a better future. We rescue animals in need; each has its own story, and we often don’t know their full past. What matters most is the love, patience, and care we offer them as they begin a new, happy chapter they deserve. We fight for their right to a better life in every way we can. We are also dedicated to supporting cat colonies by providing food, essential medical care, and sterilization programs to improve their well-being.
