Maak kennis met Chica. Dit dappere kleine meisje heeft al zoveel meegemaakt, maar is nu klaar om een familie te vinden die haar de liefde en zorg geeft die ze verdient.
Ze werd kruipend op straat gevonden toen ze nog maar 3,5 maand oud was en werd aangereden door een auto. Op 07/03/24 werd ze in veiligheid gebracht door vriendelijke mensen die vrijwilligers de hand reikten. Ze werd met spoed naar de dierenarts gebracht, waar werd ontdekt dat ze een gebroken bekken had. Ze moest een tijdje geïmmobiliseerd blijven, maar nu, na ongeveer anderhalve maand herstel, is ze gezond en is haar bekken genezen. Als iemand goed naar haar kijkt, kunnen ze een lichte, af en toe, en nauwelijks merkbare abnormale beweging in haar achterste rechterpoot opmerken, maar ze heeft er helemaal geen last van en het weerhoudt haar er niet van om een volledig normale kat te zijn of zich ernaar te gedragen.
Ondanks haar volledige herstel moest dit lieve kitten in eerste instantie in een kleine krat in de dierenkliniek leven vanwege een gebrek aan beschikbare pleeggezinnen. De mensen die haar oorspronkelijk hadden gevonden wilden haar terug op straat zetten zodra ze hoorden dat het goed met haar ging, maar de toegewijde vrijwilligers die voor haar zorgden zouden dat nooit laten gebeuren. Ze verdiende zoveel meer.
Nu zit ze eindelijk in een pleeggezin bij een lieve vrijwilliger en ze bloeit helemaal op. Ze past zich langzaam aan aan de grotere ruimte, speelt als de baby die ze is en begint te genieten van het leven buiten de kooi. Ze begint zelfs haar grote pleegbroer na te doen, wat haar absoluut onweerstaanbaar maakt!
Wat ze nu nodig heeft is een familie voor altijd, iemand die haar de ruimte en genegenheid kan geven die ze al zo lang mist. Ze is ongelooflijk dankbaar voor de zorg die ze tot nu toe heeft gekregen en wrijft altijd tegen de handen van degenen die haar helpen om haar waardering te tonen.
Ze heeft zoveel liefde te geven! Ze is klaar om je leven te vullen met gelach, warmte en heel veel spinnen.

Onze katten worden als binnenkatten geplaatst, maar voor sommige katten is het wenselijk dat ze een (afgeschermde) buitenruimte hebben. Dit is per kat verschillend. Jonge, speelse katten plaatsen we liever samen met een andere jonge kat, of in een huis waar al een kat is.

Meet Chica. This brave little girl has been through so much but is ready to find a family who will give her the love and care she deserves.
Found crawling in the street at just 3,5 months old after being hit by a car, she was brought to safety on the 07/03/24 by kind people who reached out to volunteers. She was rushed to the vet, where it was discovered that she had a broken pelvis. She needed to stay immobilized for a while, but now, after about a month and a half of recovery, she’s healthy and her pelvis is healed. If someone looks closely at her closely, they might notice a slight, occasional, and barely noticeable abnormal movement in her back right leg, but it doesn’t bother her at all, and it doesn’t prevent her from being or acting like a completely normal cat.
Despite making a full recovery, this sweet kitten initially had to live in a small crate at the vet clinic due to a lack of available foster homes. The people who originally found her wanted to return her to the street once they heard she was doing fine, but the dedicated volunteers who cared for her would never let that happen. She deserved so much more.
Now, she’s finally in a foster home with a kind volunteer, and she’s blossoming. She’s slowly adjusting to the bigger space, playing like the baby she is, and beginning to enjoy life outside the cage. She’s even started copying her big foster brother, which makes her absolutely irresistible!
What she needs now is a forever family, someone loving who can give her the space and affection she’s been missing for so long. She’s incredibly grateful for the care she’s received so far, always rubbing against the hands of those who help her, showing her appreciation.
She has so much love to give! She’s ready to fill your life with laughter, warmth, and a whole lot of purrs.
